CBRE also offers project management and consultancy linkedto operation, development and management of properties.

For our CBRE DCSdepartment, which offers operation of locations with critical installations, weare now looking for a Technical Team Leader to lead and coordinate thetechnical team, as well as the daily monitoring and maintenance tasks. Theposition also works closely with and reports to the Critical Facility Manager(CFM), and is located in Kristiansand where we take care of all technicaloperations for one of our customers.

About theposition and tasks

Together, theteam of 3 middle managers must ensure:

• Personnelmanagement of all technicians on site.
• Planning shiftplans and ensuring that all shifts are always properly staffed.
• Holidayplanning
• Planning ofdaily operations
• Planning oflong-term tasks in our delivery.
• Planning ofoptimization of the technical facility and implementation of improvements.
• Prioritizationand resource planning between different tasks
• Technicalcoordination of service agreements and cooperation with subcontractors.
• Training andnew hires of technicians.
• Together withCFM, ensure that control routines and other statutory and contractualobligations are fulfilled.
• Ensure thatwork is carried out according to internal and statutory HSE rules and otherroutines. There are high requirements for quality and documentation, whichmeans that you must ensure detailed planning before the work is carried out,and that all documentation afterwards is in place.
• Ensureefficient and smooth operation, as well as maintain good relations withcustomers.
• Participate invarious meetings, prepare reports and keep control of the entire technicaloperation.

Personalsuitability and desirable qualifications

To be successfulin this position, we envision that you have a technical education, and you musthave broad technical knowledge and be willing to continue learning anddeveloping yourself, as well as share your experiences. You are good atcommunicating at all levels, are structured and have a keen eye for details.You must have good IT knowledge, a good user level within MS Office and theability to easily learn new systems.

It is anadvantage to have experience from experience from critical environments or incooling technology, mechanics, electrical, plumbing or process industry.Certificate is not an absolute requirement.
