We’re continuously seeking motivated Daytime Operators (Manufacturing Associates) to join our biopharmaceutical production teams in Upstream and Downstream. If you are interested in being part of our exciting expansion, now is your time to apply!
Your tasks (not limited to):
In the position as an operator (we call it “Manufacturing Associate”), you will for instance be able to work on some of the following tasks:
- Execution and revision of cGMP documents
- Handling and completion of batch documentation
- In-process sampling and analytical measurements
- Execution of validation protocols
- Assembling equipment
- CiP/SiP of equipment
- Training new colleagues
- Reporting deviations
- Possibility of being a part of different projects such as process optimization, red lining SOPs, 5S and continuous improvement Qualifications
We expect from you, that:
- You're the type who double-checks the details and makes sure things don't slip through the cracks
- You don't wait to be asked, but step in when something needs to be done
- You explain things clearly, keep people in the loop, and are quick to pick up new digital tools
- People trust you to do what you say and handle things the right way
- You show up with focus and give it your all - even on the routine stuff
- You are enthusiastic about working under GMP
- You are comfortable with working with the equipment and technology used in processes of production
- You have flair for understanding how different components of a process interact
- You can read and understand work instructions in English
Preferably, you are experienced in pharmaceutical production or regulated industries OR you are a Life Science Graduate ready to start your career in production.
It is a plus if you have experience with cGMP, SOPs, chromatography, filtration or fermentation processes.
Schedule & Application
As an operator (Manufacturing Associate) your work will follow below schedule:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday
Furthermore, you will either work on Day 1 (06:00 – 17:04) or Day 2 (07:45 – 18:49).
Note: First four weeks include comprehensive training from 8:00 – 16:00.
To be considered for further process , it is a requirement that you submit your application and CV in English and that you state whether you prefer to work on Day 1 shift or Day 2 shift (please also write if you are indifferent).
