Your responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end material management within the yard, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, preservation, tracking, issuance, and return of materials
- Coordinate and supervise warehouse and storage operations in collaboration with external contractors and project stakeholders
- Ensure all incoming materials are inspected, documented, and stored in accordance with technical specifications and project requirements
- Manage material availability and inventory levels to support fabrication and construction activities on schedule
- Operate and maintain material management systems, ensuring transparency, traceability, and accurate reporting
- Monitor material flow across the yard and identify supply bottlenecks, shortages, or risks at an early stage
- Coordinate closely with Procurement, Logistics, and Construction teams to ensure timely material readiness
- Lead inventory checks and material audits to maintain data accuracy and accountability
- Drive compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all material handling activities
- Prepare regular status reports and provide material-related insights to project and yard management
Your profile
- Degree, technical qualification, or comparable education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in material management, warehouse operations, logistics, or construction projects
- Proven experience managing large volumes of project materials in industrial, EPC, energy, or infrastructure environments
- Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, and material traceability processes
- Experience working with ERP and material management systems
- Proficiency in InSite LMS for material tracking, inventory control, warehouse management, and reporting is required
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams
- High awareness of health, safety, and quality requirements within industrial project environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Business fluent English skills (minimum CEFR C1)
