Here is what the job entails
As Finance Business Partner, you will combine strategic support for our Sourcing organization with a central role in our Controlling team's performance management activities. You will work closely with leaders and stakeholders across the business to drive performance, optimize costs, and support strategic initiatives through strong financial management and decision support.
More specifically, you will be:
- Partnering with Sourcing leaders to provide insights and challenge decision-making assumptions
- Driving budgeting, forecasting, and continuous financial performance follow-up
- Leading monthly and year-end closing, reporting, and performance analyses
- Strengthening performance management frameworks and support process improvements
- Delivering transparent reporting and actionable recommendations for business decisions
In this role, you will play a key part in driving tangible business results. Working closely with leaders across the Sourcing organization, you will turn financial insights into decision-making support that makes a real impact. At the same time, you will serve as a trusted business partner whose input and recommendations help shape important decisions.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Controlling, you will join a team of nine dedicated colleagues responsible for delivering fact-based financial insights and driving budgeting and forecasting processes that support business performance. We are looking for a Finance Business Partner who is motivated by turning data into insights and creating value together with the business. You are curious by nature, enjoy working closely with stakeholders, and thrive in a role where financial understanding supports business performance and decision-making.
In order to succeed, we imagine that you:
- Hold a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Bring 2-3+ years of experience within finance, controlling, business partnering, or a related field, preferably combined with experience using SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of data and structures
- Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Communicate complex information clearly and concisely
