• Cloud Cost Optimization
  • Analyze cloud usage and spend, identify savings opportunities, and recommend right-sizing, reservations, and commitment strategies
• Technology Collaboration
  • Partner with technology teams to optimize workloads and apply cloud cost management best practices
• Visualization & Reporting
  • Create dashboards, reports, graphs, and data visualizations to present cloud cost findings to Finance, Product, and Technology teams
• Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Create team, project, and product-level cloud budgets and forecast monthly and quarterly spending based on usage trends
• Financial Planning
  • Track actuals against forecasts, explain variances, and support annual and long-range planning for cloud investments
• Cost Allocation & Chargeback
  • Allocate cloud costs to teams, cost centers, and projects while supporting chargeback and showback processes
• Financial Reconciliation
  • Process invoices, prepare month-end journal entries, and reconcile spending across budgets, forecasts, and actuals
• Cost Analysis & Automation
  • Perform historical and ad-hoc analysis, maintain PBI dashboards, and improve daily tasks through SQL and Power Query integration Requirements

• AI & FinOps Interest
  • High interest in AI skills including Microsoft Copilot, Cowork, Copilot Studio, and AI-assisted forecasting
• Cloud Platform Knowledge
  • Experience with cloud platforms and tools such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and Cloudability
• Cloud Spend Forecasting
  • Experience implementing predictive analytics for cloud spend forecasting and budget planning
• AI-Driven Cost Analysis
  • Knowledge of developing AI-driven models to analyze cloud spending patterns and identify optimization opportunities
• Cloud Cost Management
  • Understanding of cloud cost analysis, optimization, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Reporting & Visualization
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, graphs, and data visualizations to communicate financial insights
• Financial Analysis
  • Experience preparing data analysis, historical comparisons, variance analysis, and recommendations for cost control
• SQL & Power Query
  • Experience using SQL and Power Query to improve the efficiency of daily tasks and working files
• FinOps Framework & Governance
