What you'll be doing
Corpay is currently looking to hire an interim Salesforce Data Analyst within the Data Analyst, Sales & Marketing Operations team, initially for 3 months. This position falls under our International Vehicle Payments line of business and will be located in Almere, NL. As the Data Analyst for Sales & Marketing Operations you will focus on Salesforce based lead operations, outbound performance reporting, and day-to-day CRM data management. You will support the commercial organization by ensuring leads are distributed correctly, outbound results are tracked and interpreted, and business data requests are handled accurately and efficiently. Experience with Salesforce is required, and a working knowledge of DemandTools or a similar Salesforce data management platform is strongly preferred because these tools are used for mass updates, deduplication, record ownership changes, and broader CRM data administration. You will report directly to the Director, Business Processes and regularly coordinate with Dutch and German sales and marketing teams and data analysis teams.

Roles Responsibilities
- Managing lead distribution and ownership updates in Salesforce for the Netherlands and Germany, including bulk reassignment where needed to support territory, team, or process changes.
- Producing recurring performance reports for outbound campaigns, showing volume, conversion, response quality, and areas that are working well versus areas that need improvement.
- Analyse campaign and CRM data to identify process gaps, data quality issues, and opportunities to improve targeting, routing, and follow-up effectiveness.
- Advising the business on future data purchases and data uploads by assessing likely value, data quality fit, duplicate risk, and reporting impact.
- Execute daily business requests for bulk uploads, field updates, standardization, deduplication, and other CRM data changes in Salesforce.
- Helping maintain reliable reporting by ensuring Salesforce data is structured, updated, and governed in a consistent way across the sales and marketing ecosystem.
Candidate profile
- Good working knowledge of Salesforce, including lead management, ownership logic, reporting structures, and the interaction between sales and marketing processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate outbound campaign data into practical recommendations for improvement.
- Experience in CRM reporting, sales operations, marketing operations, or commercial data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with DemandTools is preferred, particularly for mass update, data standardization, deduplication, import/export, and ownership reassignment use cases.
- High attention to detail, comfort with recurring business requests, and the ability to work with internal stakeholders across functions and markets.
- Fluent English required; Dutch and/or German would be advantageous for working across local teams.
Preferred background
Candidates are likely to be successful in this role if they have worked in B2B sales operations, marketing operations, CRM administration, or commercial analytics environments where Salesforce is the core system of record. Experience supporting outbound teams and improving data quality for reporting and execution would be especially relevant.

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is €3000 - €4000 per month. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications. Corpay maintains structured compensation practices and regularly reviews pay to support compliance with equal pay principles and applicable EU legislation. Additional compensation elements, including benefits and variable pay (if applicable), will be discussed during the recruitment process.
