What will you do?
As an Associate Consultant you’ll be actively participating in the development of strategies, roadmaps, and frameworks to improve how IQVIA and our customers engage with patients to improve adherence, compliance, and retention within studies. Typically, you will have the opportunity to support a variety of projects with a balance of research and implementation. Your role will include:
- Work within project teams to deliver high-quality strategic deliverables on the application of behavioral science and technology to improve patient workflows and experiences across their journey
- Participation in projects or IQVIA initiatives performing quantitative or qualitative coding and analysis to assist in the generation of insights and the development of reports for client or executive leadership
- Supporting the development of intellectual property for use on future consulting engagements
- Work with a team of subject matter experts to create high impact reports and deliverables, including UAT, usability testing, and monitoring of patient experience data, with help from experienced team leaders
- Assisting with business development and proposals
Skills & Experience:
- Proven analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills
- Proven interest in patient-centered-related research and topics (e.g., Clinical Outcome Assessment, Patient-Reported Outcome, electronic implementation a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and an ability to build credibility with external and internal contacts
- Good commercial awareness/business judgement and an interest in the healthcare / life sciences industry
- Strong IT literacy e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work within timeline
- The desire to learn and commitment to a rapid development curve
- Comfort/familiarity working in cross-cultural contexts
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- At least 1 year experience in consulting / research within the pharmaceutical, healthcare and/or related industry or a PhD in relevant field (public health, psychology, health economics, healthcare technology, engineering, or similar)
- Experience within pharma R&D, RWE/D, and/or patient digital technology is a big plus
- Passion to partner with patients throughout the drug development process to improve experience and outcomes
- Demonstrable analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly, adapt and apply new knowledge
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including presentations, workshop facilitation, business and report writing Strong capability in juggling priorities so that deadlines are met while retaining consistently high-quality outcomes
- Avid interest in healthcare and life sciences industries daptability and ability to learn quickly within a fast-paced environment
