- Develop, review, and optimize equipment maintenance strategies (RCM, FMEA, PM Optimization)
- Develop and maintain equipment criticality assessments. Ensure alignment with client maintenance philosophies
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring failures. Implement solutions to eliminate chronic equipment issues.
- Manage Bad Actor Programs to reduce unplanned failures
- Define and track asset performance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, Availability, OEE)
- Use reliability modelling tools and CMMS data for performance analysis
- Work with digital platforms like GE APM, IBM Maximo, SAP PM, Meridium, OnePM, etc.
- Identify opportunities to improve PM tasks and intervals, eliminate non-value-adding tasks. Improve labor and material utilization through optimization
- Provide input to spare parts and preservation requirements for equipment. Apply spares analysis to determine the optimum critical (insurance) spares holding.
- Develop life cycle cost estimates for all equipment.
- Scope includes coordination with offshore team in India and supports offshore teams’ data requirement to build foundation data and maintenance strategies
- Project Co-ordination, Project Management, Project Analysis, Estimation & Planning.
- Coordinate with the Program Manager & different project stakeholders to ensure that data-related activities are aligned with the broader project timelines and quality standards.
