Description
The BI Reporting & Analytics Specialist plays a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across the EMEA Treat Operations department. This role is responsible for the design, development, and optimization of advanced analytics solutions, ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and commercial growth.### Role expectations
- Development and continuous improvement of KPI frameworks and advanced analytical dashboards for Customer Success, Business Operations, Data Control, and other business units.
- Own end-to-end analytics projects, including requirement gathering, data modelling, ETL design, and visualization.
- Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, providing data-driven recommendations to support business decisions and performance improvements.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of data governance practices, ensuring high data quality and consistency across systems.
- Collaborate with commercial and operational leadership to align analytics initiatives with business goals, including the integration of KPIs and SLAs into relevant systems.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and analytical excellence.
- Support strategic planning through forecasting, trend analysis, and scenario modelling.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, practices, and procedures.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of best practices, standards, and procedures for BI and analytics.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful analytics solutions in a complex, cross-functional business environment.
- Experience leading analytics initiatives and mentoring junior team members.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and data mining skills; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Deep understanding of business processes and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on ROI and commercial impact.
SPECIFIC CERTIFICATIONS/SPECIALTIES/COURSEWORK* Certifications in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or data analytics methodologies are a plus.
- Training in data governance, data science, or project management is advantageous.
Additional Information
This range includes an estimated base salary, covering various levels of experience for the role.
Additionally, the position is eligible for an annual bonus of up to 10 % of the annual base salary.
The final offer is determined based on the scope of the role, level of responsibility, experience, education, completed training, and key competencies of the candidate.
