Working as part of a cross-functional team you lead the RDQ activities required to complete new product development and maintain portfolios and/or productivity projects keeping in mind the goal to deliver the desired consumer experience.

How you will contribute

Withthesupportandguidance of a manager, youwill organize andexecuteprojects in linewith RDQ, marketing andmanufacturingrequirements, effectivelycommunicatingstatusandrisks. Youwill plan andconduct pilot plantandfactorytrials in accordancewithgoodmanufacturingpracticeand HACCP requirementsanddevelopmentactivities (e.g. productshelf-life testing, designingforquality, consumer test preparationetc.). Youwillalsowritetechnicalreportsthatwillrequiretheanalysisandinterpretation of resultsandthatlead to conclusionsandrecommendationsandcreateandmaintainaccurateconsumer-led specifications.

To providedirectionforproductdevelopment, youwillusedigitalsimulationmodels to obtain, understandandinterpretconsumerinsightsandcommercialinformation. Inthis role, youwillcreateandmaintainaccurateconsumer-led specificationsand be responsibleforstakeholdermanagementandinfluencingdecisionsbased on conclusionsmadefromanalysisandinterpretation of results.

What you need to know about this position:

Weareseeking a detail-orientedandcollaborative Product Developer to supportkeyinitiativeswithinour Kitchen and Aurora programs. Thistemporarypositionblendshands-on scientificexecutionwithcross-functionalalignment, focusingheavily on executingspecificationharmonizationprojectsacross a diverse set of ingredients.

• Any experience withanalyticalsciences, statisticsanddatamanagement is desirable Education / Certifications:

• Education**:**Bachelor’sdegree in FoodScience, Chemistry, ChemicalEngineering, or a relatedscientificdiscipline.

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience, ideallyviauniversitylab work, internships, orpriortechnicalplacements. Product Development experience withinFoodIndustry is a plus.

• Technical Skills**:** Basic familiaritywith Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, datamanagement, orspecificationdatabases is a plus. Job specific requirements:

• Deliver Targets: Supportprojectmilestonesunderthe Kitchen and Aurora programswithhighscientificrigor.

• Technical Support: Coordinate pilot-scaletrials, execute PLM dataentry, andmanagetechnicalproductspecifications.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with R&D Category, Consumer Sciences, Procurement, andProcessteams to aligningredientdata.

• Work Flexibly: Balanceindependentprojectownershipwithactive, daily team collaboration.
