At the International School of Billund (ISB), we place play at the heart of everything we do. Our Kindergarten is a dynamic space where children aged 3-6 discover, explore, and grow through play-based learning and the International Baccalaureate’s Primary Years Programme (PYP).
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher/Pædagog to join our team and bring the passion for playful learning to life!

Here’s what makes a great fit:
Relevant Education: You bring a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree as an Early Years Teacher/Pædagog (or equivalent)
Fluency in English: Our days are all about learning and growing with English as the language of instruction, so fluency - or a will to learn - is a must
Hands-on Experience: You have worked professionally with children aged 3-6 and love watching them thrive
Connection Skills: You’re great at connecting with little ones, parents, and colleagues, and keeping a positive and solution-oriented attitude
Eagerness to Learn: Familiarity with the IB PYP curriculum is a bonus, but your curiosity to learn is what’s most important.
WHERE PLAY MEETS PURPOSE: YOUR ROLE IS
In collaboration with your team, contribute to and support the planning, implementation and evaluation of playful activities and invitations to play, bringing pedagogical knowledge and perspectives that enhance children's participation and learning.
