Description
We are looking for a Fleet IT Intern to join our Fleet IT Team and support the daily operation and strategic initiatives across our maritime systems. This is an exciting opportunity to explore the intersection of IT, operations technology (OT), and shipping, while working in an international environment and learning from experienced professionals.

Qualifications
- Basic understanding of IT systems or maritime operations (nice to have)
- Ability to organize technical documentation clearly and accurately
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (especially Excel, Word, SharePoint)
- Interest in working with operational technology and embedded systems
- Attention to detail and responsibility in completing assigned tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Willingness to learn and proactively contribute to a team environment
- Curiosity about the maritime industry and IT/OT integration

Responsibilities
- Lifecycle Management: support the oversight of third-party fleet management applications, stowage, OT systems, sensors used onboard vessels; assist in quality assurance, testing, deployment, maintenance, and documentation across solutions such as crew planning, engine monitoring, nautical tools, and procurement systems
- Network Integration: help integrate applications and OT components into onshore and vessel-based IT environments; participate in setting up and testing server and network configurations in collaboration with the Fleet IT team
- Documentation & Standards: create, review, and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and guidelines to ensure system security, operational reliability, and compliance with internal standards
- Internal Communication & Promotion: contribute to increasing awareness and transparency of Fleet IT by supporting the creation of internal SharePoint pages and communication materials
