For our Property Management function in Frederikshavn or Copenhagen, we are looking for a professional to play a key role in supporting and developing Property Management activities in Denmark. Reporting to the Head of Property Management, this position is responsible for technical building solutions across the Danish organization, while also coordinating and overseeing Property Management-related activities in Frederikshavn.
For candidates based in Copenhagen, the role will include regular travel to Frederikshavn.
Everllence’s Danish operations include production facilities, workshops, warehouses, administrative offices, and test centers across multiple locations. Property Management services are delivered through an external facility service provider, making supplier coordination planning, follow-up, and quality assurance important parts of the role. The focus is on ensuring that solutions and services are delivered efficiently and in line with business needs.
The role also contributes to building and maintaining expertise in technical building solutions across the Danish organization. As such, an interest in standardization, optimization, automation, and digitalization will be valuable in supporting future improvements and creating long-term value.
In addition, Everllence is currently developing new facilities in Roskilde, which will eventually replace the existing locations in Copenhagen and Holeby. This role will be closely involved in the project, providing technical expertise and contributing to the design and implementation of future facility solutions.
You will play an important role in:
- Coordinating and managing Facility Management activities and projects
- Participating in coordination and performance review meetings with the external facility service provider
- Planning and executing smaller-scale projects
- Supporting the operation, maintenance, and development of technical building systems, including CTS/BMS across all sites
- Contributing to energy management and optimization initiatives
Supporting environmental, occupational health and safety activities at site level

We imagine that you:
Have a background in electrical engineering, automation, marine engineering, or a related technical field will be valuable. The role requires technical expertise in automation and control systems, operations, and maintenance, ideally supported by several years of relevant experience.
As this is a relatively independent role with responsibility for coordinating activities and stakeholders, experience leading projects, suppliers, or technical teams will be considered an advantage.
The following qualifications and experience will be particularly relevant:
- Experience with operation and maintenance of buildings and technical installations
- Knowledge of and experience with BMS/CTS systems
- Experience with contract and supplier management
- A service-oriented mind mindset and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Experience with project management
To be successful in this role, strong planning and organizational skills are important, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a clear overview. A structured and systematic approach will support effective decision-making and help ensure that tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to business priorities.
The role also requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to engage constructively with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders across the organization. Fluency in written and spoken English and strong IT skills are required.

While many operational services are delivered through external partners, the department maintains broad responsibility for planning, coordination, governance, and continuous improvement of our facilities and workplace service.
Each team member has dedicated areas of responsibility, and close collaboration across locations is an important part of how we work to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
Together, the team manages a wide range of activities related to building operations and workplace services, including maintenance and development if facilities, canteen services, cleaning, outdoor areas, reception services, and mail handling. These services are delivered in close partnership with an external Facility service provider, with a focus on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
