Offer description

The company manufactures bread and baked goods: bread, bagels, yeast-based products, and other baked goods.

Employees do not have a fixed workstation. Depending on the bakery’s current needs and the employee’s skills, they may be assigned to different production processes.

Possible job roles:

• Baker’s assistant — assisting the baker at the ovens, loading and unloading bread;
• Machine operation — loading prepared dough into machines that divide it into appropriate pieces;
• Production line — adding fillings to the dough, shaping and twisting the products, placing the products on baking sheets;
• Packaging — packing finished products into cardboard boxes;
• Finishing department — applying coatings, coloring, and sprinkling products;
• Washing area — washing baskets and bakery equipment;
• Cleaning — maintaining cleanliness in the production area.

Working Conditions

• Work takes place in a warm production facility;
• Employees must wear short-sleeved T-shirts;
• Work clothes and shoes are provided;
• Rubber boots and protective earplugs are provided in the washing area;
• There are no production quotas;
• Using a cell phone during work is prohibited;
• Artificial and gel nails, false eyelashes, earrings, and piercings are prohibited;
• For employees who smoke, the time spent on smoke breaks is deducted from their working hours at the end of the month.

Each employee may take 2 rolls for breakfast during the workday and 1 whole loaf of bread at the end of the workday. KRAZ number 12552 / The offer is a temporary job offer
