What makes this opportunity distinctive
This is a highly visible role for someone who combines strong HR expertise with business acumen, maturity and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
You will have the opportunity to shape how leaders think, how teams operate and how people decisions support broader business priorities.
This role requires more than strong process knowledge. It calls for credibility, sound judgement and the ability to challenge constructively while building lasting relationships.
It will suit someone who sees HR Business Partnering as a genuine advisory role and who is motivated by creating sustainable impact rather than simply delivering HR processes.

- advising on organisational effectiveness, team structures and workforce planning,
- supporting performance management, talent development and succession processes,
- guiding managers through employee relations matters,
- contributing to recruitment and key people decisions,
- using HR data and insights to support business decisions,
- collaborating with local and international People teams and Centres of Expertise,
- supporting leadership capability and the continued evolution of organisational culture.
The role offers a broad scope, a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to influence both day-to-day people decisions and longer-term organisational priorities.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who brings:
- a strong track record in HR Business Partnering (min. 5 years)
- experience working directly with senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups,
- exposure to organisational change, transformation or organisational development,
- strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law,
- commercial awareness and the ability to connect people priorities with business objectives,
- strong relationship-building, communication and influencing skills,
- experience in an international environment,
- a pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach,
- the confidence to challenge constructively while maintaining strong partnerships,
- a high level of independence and ownership,
- fluent English
The position is offered on a permanent employment contract and operates in a hybrid model based in Warsaw.
The role also offers access to a broad benefits package, professional development opportunities, internal and external training, and exposure to an international environment with close cooperation across local, regional and global People teams. Occasional travel to other locations in Poland may be required.
