For one of our exclusive international clients, we are conducting a confidential executive search for an experienced Head of Product & Sourcing. This is a rare opportunity to become part of the founding leadership team of a fast-growing, profitable Direct-to-Consumer lifestyle brand headquartered in Dubai.

The company has already built an impressive business across Europe and is entering an exciting new chapter, expanding from premium shapewear into a complete lifestyle and athleisure brand inspired by today’s wellness movement.

This role offers the opportunity to build an entire product organization from the ground up while working directly with the founders and having a significant impact on the future of the business.

About the Opportunity

This is much more than a sourcing position.

You will own the complete product journey—from identifying market opportunities and defining product strategy to developing premium collections, selecting world-class suppliers and bringing commercially successful products to market.

You will be responsible for shaping a modern lifestyle collection that resonates with today’s Pilates, Wellness, Matcha and Fit Girl consumer while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Your Responsibilities

Product Strategy

• Develop the long-term product vision across multiple categories

• Build an innovative premium athleisure and lifestyle collection

• Stay ahead of international fashion, fabric and wellness trends

• Translate market insights into commercially successful products

Product Development

• Lead the complete development process from concept to production

• Select premium fabrics, trims and materials

• Create or oversee technical packs and product specifications

• Manage fittings, prototypes and product improvements

• Define and maintain premium quality standards

Global Sourcing

• Build and expand an international supplier network

• Source premium manufacturing partners across Portugal, Turkey, Vietnam and Asia

• Negotiate pricing, lead times, MOQs and production agreements

• Improve supplier performance, quality and delivery timelines

• Build long-term strategic manufacturing partnerships

Leadership & Collaboration

• Work directly with the founders

• Partner closely with Operations, Customer Experience and Finance

• Drive product innovation across the business

• Build scalable product development processes for future growth

Who You Are

You are both strategic and hands-on.

You understand fabrics, construction, fit, sourcing and manufacturing just as well as branding and commercial product strategy.

You enjoy building products from scratch and thrive in entrepreneurial environments where decisions move quickly.

You combine creativity with strong commercial thinking and are passionate about premium lifestyle products.

What You Bring

Essential

• Extensive experience in Product Development, Product Management or Sourcing within premium fashion, athleisure or lifestyle brands

• Deep expertise in textiles, fabric technologies and garment construction

• Proven international sourcing experience

• Strong negotiation skills with manufacturers

• Existing network of premium factories and suppliers

• Demonstrated success developing commercially successful product collections

• Fluent English

Preferred

• Experience within high-growth Direct-to-Consumer brands

• Strong understanding of premium wellness and active lifestyle brands

• Experience creating technical packs and managing product development

• Entrepreneurial mindset

• French is considered a plus

Ideal Background
