What will your role involve?

Coordinating the daily work of a courier team regarding parcel deliveries and pickups

Settling couriers for assigned shipments, documentation, company assets, and cash

Optimizing courier routes

Timely entering data into the warehouse management system

Collaborating with Carriers and Couriers

Organizing and conducting training for Carriers and Couriers

Supporting Couriers in their daily work, ensuring their motivation and development

Reporting Courier performance to the Manager

We are looking for candidates who:

Have experience in a similar position within a courier company

Have basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (nice to have)

Have completed secondary education

Are familiar with local city topography

Have strong communication skills and enjoy working with others (we work as a team daily)

Are able to make independent decisions and perform effectively under pressure

Are open to shift work
