Having already inspired millions of runners worldwide, we are looking for a Key Account Manager, Nordics (internally titled Senior Lead Key Accounts) to join us on a 14-month fixed-term maternity cover (target start: October 1, 2026).
In this role, you will be instrumental in accelerating On’s journey across the Nordics. You will manage a high-impact portfolio covering both physical key accounts and digital pureplayers, driving strategic planning and proactive order book management. You will report directly to the Head of Sales, Nordics, and work closely with our cross-functional teams.
Your Mission
Your role is to maximize On’s footprint and commercial performance across physical and digital key accounts in the Nordics. You will combine relationship management with sharp sell-in & sell-out analysis to elevate the consumer experience and drive sustainable regional growth.
You will work daily with the account stakeholders and the internal commercial team in a Nordic and EMEA level to deliver the brand objectives and targets.
Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Physical Key Accounts: Own strategic relationships with major General Sporting Goods accounts. Conduct regular store visits (~30% travel) and partner with B2B Marketing & Brand Activation to ensure premium brand activation & product execution.
- Digital Pureplayers: Lead seasonal planning, assortment curation, and online strategy for top digital partners. Ensure brand-elevating digital execution, optimized content availability, and strategic category expansion to maximize digital conversion and market share.
- Sell-Out Data & Order Book Management: Proactively analyze multi-format weekly sell-out data and retail KPIs. Translate complex metrics into actionable insights to manage risk, capture opportunities, optimize inventory flow, and execute fast order book adjustments and replenishment.
- Commercial Execution & Strategy: Deliver high-impact seasonal sell-in presentations and manage account sales budgets with rigor. Bridge global and EMEA strategies to local Nordic market dynamics, ensuring seasonal Go-To-Market (GTM) excellence and continuous revenue growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with B2B Marketing, Brand Activation, and Account Services to build integrated account activation plans and deliver high-touch customer support. Leverage influential communication to build cross-functional alignment and resolve complex account challenges.
Your story
- Typically we are looking for around 5+ years of relevant experience; preferably you should demonstrate a proven track record in Key Account Management or Senior Sales within the sports or fashion industry (required to manage the fast-paced maternity cover transition).
- Analytical & Technical Acumen: Strong proficiency in processing, analyzing, and synthesizing raw sell-in & sell-out data from diverse retailer formats into clear, actionable commercial strategies.
- Digital & Retail Savvy: solid understanding of digital retail platforms (e-commerce homepages, consumer conversion) alongside physical store operations and visual presentation.
- Account Portfolio Management: Experience managing major sports/fashion accounts (mix of General Sporting Goods physical retail and digital pureplayers).
- Autonomous & Curious: A self-driven, proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, build strong internal relationships, and seek out information independently.
- Languages: Fluent/C1+ level in English (mandatory). Proficiency in Swedish (strongly preferred) or Danish is a plus.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Stockholm, Sweden.
- Holds a valid driver’s license and is comfortable with ~30% travel across the Nordics (store visits and occasional account HQ visits).

The minimum salary for this role will be target total annual compensation of 792,000 SEK (Pro-rata for fixed-term duration). Individual compensation offers may vary according to the candidate’s performance against pre-determined, objective assessment criteria for the role
