HR Reporting and Analytics Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Analytics Intern (fulltime, 6 months) to support the global HR team. This role will work closely with a Senior HR Analytics Analyst to help deliver accurate and timely HR reporting for HR and the business, ensure high data quality, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR analytics capabilities. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with leading HR systems, including Visier and SAP SuccessFactors, while developing practical skills in HR data analysis and reporting.
This position is part of the Solutions business (SolCo) within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.

- Support the HR Team with day-to-day HR reporting activities
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc HR reports where required
- Validate report outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with companywide reporting standards
- Perform regular data quality checks to identify inconsistencies, missing information, and data anomalies
- Support HR data cleansing initiatives by researching and validating employee master data and related data points
- Monitor data accuracy and collaborate with HR stakeholders to resolve data quality issues. Help to drive data quality and improvements across the organization
- Document reporting processes, report definitions, and data quality procedures
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance reporting efficiency and data integrity. Help to develop and drive self-service usage across the regions

You Bring
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with big data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Interest in HR analytics, reporting, and data management.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
