About the job
As our new Technical Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping customers and colleagues specify the right marine indicator solutions. You’ll combine customer dialogue, electronics knowledge, and practical design skills to configure and create the best possible indicator setup using our tools and platforms. From understanding the customer’s application to designing the right visual interface and supporting implementation, you’ll help ensure that every solution is technically sound, user-friendly, and aligned with customer needs.

Working tasks & responsibilities
- Assist customers and colleagues in specifying the right marine indicator solution based on application needs and technical requirements
- Configure, create, and design marine indicator layouts and solutions using DEIF MI tools and platforms
- Translate customer input into technically sound, user-friendly solutions with clear visual interfaces
- Provide technical sparring and support to customers and colleagues.
- Assist customers via phone, email, online channels, and customer meetings
- Handle troubleshooting, product guidance, and customer training when needed
- Gather and share product feedback with sales and product management to improve future solutions
- Business travel – 10 to 20 days a year
The primary work location is our headquarters in Skive, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
What you'll bring
You’re a proactive and service-minded team player who enjoys combining customer dialogue with technical problem solving. You are structured, communicative, and curious by nature – and you take pride in creating solutions that are both technically correct and easy for the customer to understand and use. In addition, you have:
- A technical education or background in electronics, preferably from a marine, automation, or industrial technology environment
- Good understanding of electronic systems and how technical products are specified, configured, and applied in practice
- A flair for user interface design and an interest in creating clear, intuitive, and functional visual solutions
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- A hands-on approach and a strong sense of customer service
- A strong presence that fosters engagement and adapts to the dynamics of diverse customer and team environments
