The Program & Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering strategic business and technology initiatives within scope, budget, and timeline. The role involves managing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Program Management
- Manage a portfolio of related projects to achieve strategic business goals.
- Define program roadmap, governance, and delivery framework.
- Monitor program performance, dependencies, risks, and benefits realization.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Track project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Manage scope, risks, issues, and change requests.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business, technology, vendors, and leadership teams.
- Facilitate project review meetings and executive status reporting.
- Ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.
Financial & Resource Management
- Manage project budgets and cost optimization.
- Track resource utilization and project financials.
