Job Description:
Your Mission
Join Schneider Electric's European Logistics Transport team and contribute to the monitoring and improvement of transportation performance across Europe.
Working closely with transport managers, carriers, warehouses, and customer care teams, you will support daily transport operations, analyze performance indicators, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.### Key Responsibilities
- Monitor transportation performance and service levels across a defined European logistics perimeter.
- Analyze transport KPIs and identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Support carrier performance reviews and operational follow-up.
- Investigate delivery issues and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement and digitalization projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Logistics, Warehousing, Customer Care, Procurement, and Quality teams.
- Contribute to reporting activities and operational performance reviews.
What We Are Looking For
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Internship or first experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain.
- Knowledge of SAP, TMS/WMS, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Strong interest in transport and logistics operations.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data and performance indicators.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English.
