This role, Property Manager (f/m/d) for Linz location, will focus on three core areas: on-site property, project and facility management, vendor and contract administration, and financial and operational oversight. These responsibilities ensure that all real estate activities are managed efficiently, align with project timelines, and meet compliance standards.
How You’ll Make an Impact
* Oversee all day-to-day real estate activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure facilities are maintained to company standards and comply with regulations.
- Ensure all site activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and legal requirements.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Negotiate, administer, and maintain lease agreements and service contracts for the property.
- Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes for all property-related expenses.
- Manage and process invoicing for real estate services and vendor payments.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on property status, project progress, and financial performance to management.
What You Bring
- 2-5 years of professional experience in corporate real estate or property management.
- Proven experience working independently on difficult, but not overly complex, real estate management tasks.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts is required.
- Skills in real estate management, including property management and property inspection to support the effective operation, maintenance, compliance, and optimization of real estate assets.
- Financial acumen, including financial analysis, budgeting, and due diligence to support informed investment decisions, effective financial planning, and the successful management of real estate assets and business opportunities.
- Effective stakeholder and vendor relationship management, including vendor management capabilities to build productive partnerships, ensure service quality, and support the successful delivery of business objectives.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including analytical thinking and report writing to support data‑driven decision‑making, performance monitoring, and the effective communication of business insights and recommendations.

Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of 54.439,42 € gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
