As a SMD Technical Operator you hold a crucial role in our production process. Your main task will be to run (part of) the assigned production line or workstation. You will independently complete the production of scheduled production orders and make sure that the machines run smoothly by fine-tuning processes and quickly reporting any malfunctions.

About the role
We are looking for a performance-driven SMD Technician. In this role, you will play a key part in manufacturing highly engineered products that are mission critical and aligned with the key identified megatrends.
- Manufacturing: Operate machinery to keep production lines running as efficiently as possible. Set up and clean the machine or workstation, collect components for the assigned production orders and monitor progress
- Participate in the production process with an eye for quality and efficiency
- Daily management: Involvement to continuously improve ourselves and foster a results-driven approach to reach new heights
- Electronics Assembling: Undertake manual electronics assembling, showcasing your skills in precision and attention to detail. If required, apply soldering techniques as part of the rework or assembly process
- Product Testing: Perform testing procedures to validate the functionality and performance of products
- Visual and Manual Inspections: Conduct visual and manual inspections to ensure that products meet the required quality standards What we offer

- Currently enrolled in an Engineering program at MBO level 3 or 4, or pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field)
