Your Task

• You will be responsible for the development, strategy and business results within your entrusted portfolio.
• You will lead the development of new products from concept and business case, through implementation, to launch sales.
• You will identify customer needs and translate them into new functionalities, services and product roadmap.
• You will create, prioritize and update the product backlog on a regular basis, ensuring its consistency with the roadmap, product strategy, customer needs and business objectives.
• You will be responsible for the commercialization of products, their positioning and the implementation of the Go-To-Market strategy.
• You will work with Sales, Presales, architects and technology partners to create offerings, PoCs, demonstrations and deployments.
• You will coordinate dependencies, priorities and responsibilities between stakeholders involved in product development, commercialization, implementation and maintenance.
• You will work with the Legal, Security, Finance and Compliance areas in the preparation and agreement of the documents necessary to offer and provide services.
• You will take care of the operational readiness of the product, including the agreement of the maintenance model, service processes, SLAs, monitoring, support and responsibilities of individual teams.
• You will develop partnerships in AI, Cloud and technology infrastructure.
• You'll monitor product KPIs, revenue, sales pipeline, service adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• You will conduct conversations with customers and represent products at industry events, webinars and conferences.

Your Profile

• Experience in managing technology products, AI solutions or digital services.
• Very good orientation in the area of artificial intelligence and current AI trends.
• Knowledge of the generative AI ecosystem, including LLM language models, AI agents, MS Copilot, RAG and AI-based process automation.
• Ability to identify AI applications and translate technological capabilities into business value for customers.
• Ability to build a product strategy, roadmap and lead initiatives from idea to commercialization.
• Experience in managing product backlog, prioritizing needs and translating business objectives into a feasible scope of product development.
• Knowledge of techniques for discovering, organizing and decomposing needs, such as User Story Mapping, Customer Journey Mapping, Impact Mapping or similar product work methods.
• Practical knowledge of tools supporting roadmap and backlog management, in particular JIRA.
• Experience working with business, sales and technical teams.
• Ability to operate effectively without formal subordination of teams, coordinate collaboration and agree on priorities, responsibilities and dependencies in an interdisciplinary business and technology environment.
• Ability to present complex technological issues in a simple and understandable way.
• Basic knowledge of Cloud technology will be an added advantage.
• Self-reliance, responsibility and result orientation.
• Very good knowledge of English.

We don't expect you to be a technical expert in building AI models or cloud infrastructure. We are looking for a person who understands the potential of AI, follows market developments and can translate technological capabilities into products, services and business value for customers.

Welcomed:

• Experience in AI, GenAI, Machine Learning or AI-as-a-Service projects.
• Knowledge of platforms and tools such as Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, VMware, Kubernetes or similar solutions.
• Experience in the telecommunications, integration, consulting or cloud and AI service provider.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection and modern IT infrastructure.
• Experience in digital transformation projects, process automation or implementation of solutions based on artificial intelligence.
