Your Job We are seeking a HR People & Culture Business Partner (m/f/d) to become part of our Molex team at in Eindhoven. This is a diverse role working across departments and functions within our global organisation, combining strategic culture leadership with on-site HR partnership.

You will deliver impactful HR support on-site while playing a key role in shaping and strengthening Molex's culture and values. You will promote a respectful, inclusive work environment aligned with our principles of human progress and mutual benefit.

While you will support core HR processes and act as the on-site HR partner, your primary focus will be on strengthening culture, enhancing leadership capability, and enabling long-term value creation.

What You Will Do

Strategic Culture and Engagement

  • Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and enable development through coaching, tools, and resources that drive productivity and value creation.
  • Build trust-based relationships with supervisors, providing balanced perspectives, functional expertise, and tailored coaching to strengthen leadership capability.
  • Promote a culture of Principled Entrepreneurship, empowering individuals to take ownership of their decisions and contributions.
  • Act as a thought partner to challenge ideas constructively and foster inclusive, high-performing teams.
  • Apply principle-based decision-making, including economic thinking and risk optimisation, to address talent-related challenges and drive transformation.
  • Identify patterns such as recurring conflicts or absence trends and implement proactive interventions to improve employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
  • Actively support the development of leadership capability across the site, including supervisors and on-site leadership, to build a high-performing and accountable organisation.

Site-Specific HR Partnership

  • Act as the local HR partner, providing expertise on employment matters and ensuring effective delivery of core HR processes through strong collaboration with leveraged capabilities (e.g. Payroll, Legal & Compliance, HR Operations).
  • Ensure effective management of core HR processes on-site, including absence and sickness case management, employee relations topics, and compliance-driven activities in partnership with relevant HR capabilities.
  • Support supervisors and employees through onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive and compliant employee experience.
  • Manage long-term absence and sickness cases in line with Dutch regulations, partnering with supervisors to drive prevention, accountability, and successful reintegration.
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations and liaise with external authorities such as UWV.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform decisions and improve business outcomes.
  • Prioritise strategic initiatives that drive transformation and profitable growth, while eliminating non-value-adding and transactional work.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Proven experience in an HR role, ideally in a business partnering, employee experience, or culture-focused capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law in the Netherlands.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English, with Dutch fluency additive.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in a global or matrix organisation.
  • Background in organisational development, culture transformation, or leadership development.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Familiarity with coaching and facilitation techniques.
