About the role
As an HR Officer / HR Operations & Projects Specialist, you will have a diverse role that combines day-to-day HR operations with participation in and coordination of HR-related projects. You will help ensure efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle while contributing to the continuous development of our systems, processes, and ways of working.
A key part of the role is supporting initiatives related to digitalization, standardization, and continuous improvement. You will be involved in the implementation of new SuccessFactors modules, system enhancements, process improvements, and other HR transformation projects across the region.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and support HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
Ensure high quality and accuracy of HR data and systems
Provide support and guidance to managers, employees, and other stakeholders
Participate in and coordinate HR projects and system implementations
Support testing activities, training, documentation, and change management initiatives
Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and standardization
Promote the adoption and effective use of digital HR solutions

To succeed in this role, we believe you:
- Have experience within HR administration, HR Operations, or HR project work
- Are structured, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Enjoy working with digitalization and process development
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Have experience with SuccessFactors or another HRIS, which is considered an advantage
- Experience working within the Baltic region and knowledge of local employment practices, HR processes, or languages (Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian or Russian) is considered an advantage
