We are looking for an experienced EHS Manager to support the delivery of large-scale construction and data centre projects in Horndal, Sweden.
This role sits at the centre of project delivery, risk management and safety leadership — ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with both company and regulatory requirements.
You’ll work closely with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to drive a proactive safety culture, support compliance activities and contribute to the successful delivery of technically complex projects.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS policies, procedures and management systems across projects
- Ensuring compliance with Swedish construction regulations, industry standards and company requirements
- Conducting regular site inspections, audits and safety walks
- Reviewing Risk Assessments, Method Statements and permit-to-work processes
- Monitoring contractor EHS performance and supporting corrective and preventive actions
- Supporting incident investigations, reporting activities and root cause analysis
- Preparing and maintaining EHS documentation, records and project reports
- Working closely with project, commercial, procurement and delivery teams on EHS-related matters
- Delivering toolbox talks, safety briefings and supporting EHS training initiatives
- Promoting a positive safety culture and driving continuous improvement across site teams

You should be comfortable working closely with project teams and contractors, supporting compliance activities and managing EHS requirements within fast-paced project environments.
