Sinch is a global leader in cloud communications, helping businesses connect with their customers through messaging, voice, and email. Our platform powers billions of interactions every year — from transactional alerts and marketing campaigns to rich, AI-driven conversations.

We're at an inflection point. As enterprise communication shifts from one-way messaging to intelligent, multi-turn conversations, Sinch is building the products and infrastructure that will define this next chapter. That means investing in agentic AI, conversational intelligence, and the orchestration layer that ties it all together.

About the role

We're looking for a Principal Commercial Product Manager to own and drive the go-to-market and commercial strategy for the Agentic Orchestration product area. This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and partnerships - responsible for ensuring our most strategic and fast-moving portfolio translates into revenue growth, strong market positioning, and sustainable commercial success.

You'll work closely with product management, marketing, and regional sales teams to define how we price, package, position, and sell products - and your success is measured by the commercial performance of the portfolio across the full lifecycle, from go-to-market strategy through to operational execution and financial outcomes. This role covers commercial product management across the Agentic Orchestration product area, including Agent Builder and Solutions as commercial products today, and Agentic Orchestration and Conversational Intelligence as new initiatives to take to market. Together, these products represent Sinch's strategic bet on the future of enterprise communication — and this role is central to making that bet pay off commercially.

Key responsibilities

Market strategy & execution* Establish, refine, and scale the GTM motion for the Agentic Orchestration portfolio — defining a repeatable model for how we reach, engage, and convert target buyers across segments and regions

  • Drive cross-functional GTM execution across product, marketing, sales, and customer success — equipping teams with clear value propositions, commercial frameworks, and tools, and translating field feedback into ongoing commercial improvements
  • Build and operationalize a partnership model that extends our commercial reach, including defining partner tiers, commercial terms, enablement frameworks, and co-sell motions with technology and channel partners

Pricing & packaging* Define and evolve pricing and packaging models across the portfolio, balancing customer value, competitive positioning, and margin targets

  • Lead multi-product packaging initiatives across teams and product areas, including implications on financial tracking and revenue recognition
  • Optimize monetization continuously based on usage data, competitive intelligence, and willingness-to-pay signals from the field

Commercial operations & governance* Lead commercial KPIs and financial tracking across the portfolio — including revenue forecasting, actuals vs. plan, conversion, expansion, and margins — and maintain the reporting cadence that keeps stakeholders aligned on performance

  • Own the operational infrastructure that underpins commercial delivery: contract structures and commercial agreements, billing mechanisms, legal entity setup, and data privacy compliance — working cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations to ensure processes are consistent, scalable, and well-governed
  • Analyze commercial performance data and win/loss patterns to sharpen positioning, packaging, and deal strategy, and identify upsell and expansion opportunities across the portfolio.

About you* Commercial experience. You have significant experience in commercial product management, product marketing, or a closely related GTM strategy role — ideally in B2B SaaS, CPaaS , or enterprise software

  • Revenue mechanics. You understand the mechanics of revenue — pricing strategy, packaging design, conversion funnels, expansion motions — and you know how to use data to make better commercial decisions
  • GTM execution. You have hands-on experience building new GTM motions, including partnership and channel models — you know what it takes to go from strategy to an operational, repeatable commercial engine
  • Commercial operations. You're comfortable with the operational side of commercial work: financial tracking, contract management, reporting cadences, and process governance
  • Cross-functional influence. You work well across functions — you can influence without authority, earn trust with both technical and commercial stakeholders, and drive alignment across competing priorities
  • AI curiosity. Familiarity with AI-driven products, conversational technology, or agentic systems is a meaningful plus; curiosity about where the space is heading is a must
  • Clear communicator. You communicate with clarity and confidence, and you're equally comfortable in a working session with product managers as you are presenting to senior leadership or external audiences
