We're looking for an Asset Management & Development Analyst to join our Asset Management & Development team in the Netherlands.
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of Stadshart Amstelveen, one of URW's most exciting mixed-use transformation projects.
You'll be close to the action, working with teams across Asset Management, Development, Leasing, Finance and senior stakeholders, helping to drive investment decisions, asset performance and long-term value creation.

Stadshart Amstelveen is currently being transformed into a leading mixed-use inner-city destination, bringing together retail, living, leisure and customer experience.
In this role, you'll help shape both the short and long-term vision of the asset by providing high-quality commercial analysis, financial modelling and strategic insight. You'll be joining at an exciting time, with the opportunity to contribute to major development projects, business planning and investment decisions that directly influence the future performance and value of the destination.
Your work will support key business decisions, strengthen asset performance and help deliver long-term growth for one of URW's flagship assets in the Netherlands.
What you'll be getting involved in
No two days will look exactly the same , but you'll spend your time:
- Supporting the development of Stadshart Amstelveen's long-term vision, strategy and business plans
- Building and optimising financial models, including feasibility studies, cash flows, sensitivities and investment analyses
- Supporting quarterly valuations and financial performance reviews
- Preparing presentations and materials for investment committees and senior stakeholders
- Working closely with Leasing, Development and Asset Management teams on commercial opportunities and projects
- Coordinating reporting, business updates and project tracking
- Participating in commercial discussions, negotiations and investment decisions
- Using data, financial insight and market knowledge to inform recommendations and support decision-making What we're looking for

A Master's degree from a leading university or business school

Experience in asset management, development, real estate, valuation, finance, consulting or a related field

Strong financial modelling capability

Fluent Dutch and English language skills
