Workload: 38 Hours / Week

Executive Summary

IT Solutions Worldwide B.V. is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled HVAC Service Technician on behalf of

our client for a permanent, full-time assignment based out of Heinkenszand and Roosendaal, Netherlands.

In this vital technical role, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting industrial

HVAC and cooling installations. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the reliability, safety, and sustainability

of vital processes within the Food, Energy, and (semi) Industrial sectors. Your operational area will cover

Zeeland, Noord-Brabant, the Belgian border region, and occasionally Zuid-Holland.

This position requires an independent, responsible professional with a strong safety mindset, capable of

operating autonomously on-site while serving as the primary technical point of contact for our valued

clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintenance, Commissioning & Optimization

  • Independently perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of industrial HVAC and

cooling installations.

  • Conduct technical inspections, execute precise measurements, and carry out the (partial)

commissioning of new and existing installations.

  • Participate in the rotational on-call breakdown service (scheduled in consultation) to ensure

continuous operational reliability for our clients.

2. Diagnostics & Compliance

  • Rapidly diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical malfunctions in cooling and HVAC

systems.

  • Ensure all maintenance and repair activities are strictly executed in accordance with current safety

regulations and F-gas legislation.

  • Accurately record all work activities, test results, and material usage in digital work documents.

3. Client Relations & Technical Advisory

  • Act as the primary on-site representative, maintaining strong, professional relationships with both

long-standing and new clients.

  • Provide clear, expert technical advice to customers regarding system optimization, usage, and

necessary repairs.

Required Profile & Qualification

Professional Experience

  • Completed MBO education in Cooling Technology, Installation Technology, or HVAC.
  • Possession of a valid F-gas Category 1 certificate (Required).
  • Proven experience in the service and maintenance of technical installations, preferably within an

industrial environment.

  • Possession of a valid Category B driver's license.
  • Bonus: F-gas A1 and/or B1 certification, and knowledge of electrical engineering or measurement

and control technology.
