What will you be doing?

As a Logistics Coordinator, you are the key link in our logistics operation. Drivers come and go, transport schedules change, customers have questions and colleagues rely on each other. You keep the overview, see what needs to be done and make sure it gets done.

You are the first point of contact for logistics-related questions. You coordinate and monitor transports and immediately spot when things are not going according to plan. See a bottleneck? You don't wait around. You take action, find out what is needed and make sure a solution is found. You work closely with our logistics planners, operations team, sales team and transport partners, making sure everyone has the right information.

You also keep the administrative side of things in order. You process orders and transport data, check CMRs and other documentation, and keep track of packaging and returnable transport items. We either do things right, or we don't do them at all: accuracy and quality come naturally to you. Your real added value lies in the ownership you take. In a way, you run your own little business within our logistics operation.

You are constantly asking yourself questions such as:

• How can we organize this more efficiently?
• Which colleague or customer can I help and take care of?
• Where is the process getting stuck, and how can we solve it?
• What do I need to arrange right now to make sure everything works out?

In short: you are the all-rounder who keeps the overview, switches gears quickly and makes sure things get done. No two days are the same and that's exactly what gives you energy.

• You are comfortable speaking to customers in English and responding to emails in English. German is a plus.
• You take initiative and feel responsible for your work.
• You enjoy continuously improving and streamlining processes.
• You have a real “get things done” mentality.
