Join us in revolutionizing SCM & Logistics at Siemens Gamesa! As the IT Product Manager – SCM & Logistics, you will take ownership of one or more digital products that enable efficient planning, sourcing, logistics, inventory management, and supplier collaboration across our global operations. You will bridge business requirements with scalable and secure IT solutions, defining the product vision, roadmap, and value realization throughout the product lifecycle. Lead the evolution of our SCM application landscape, integrating ERP, planning, logistics, warehouse management, and supplier collaboration solutions to improve material availability, supply chain visibility, operational efficiency, and resiliency across our global value chain.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead end-to-end product design across applications, data, integrations, and services while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and cybersecurity requirements.
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, capabilities, and release plans, ensuring business value delivery and alignment with strategic SCM priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Planning stakeholders to capture, evaluate, and prioritize demands while balancing operational needs with standardization objectives.
- Own the OPEX/CAPEX budget for your products, support annual planning processes, and track value realization through KPIs, service levels, and business outcomes.
- Drive integration across SCM platforms and connected enterprise applications such as SAP S/4HANA, supplier collaboration tools, planning solutions, warehouse management systems, and logistics platforms.
- Foster continuous improvement by leveraging data, analytics, and automation opportunities to optimize supply chain processes and enhance user experience.
What You Bring
- You have 5+ years of experience in IT Product Management or a comparable role, delivering Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Planning solutions in a global enterprise environment.
- You possess strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes, including areas such as demand planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, supplier collaboration, or order fulfillment.
- You have experience working with enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, planning systems, procurement solutions, logistics applications, or related SCM technologies.
- You understand enterprise governance processes and are comfortable working with architecture standards, ITSM practices, service management, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.
- You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with both business and IT leaders while guiding external partners and vendors.

The team delivers and operates critical IT services supporting Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain Management processes worldwide. As part of this team, you will help shape the future of our global Supply Chain capabilities through the implementation and continuous improvement of business-critical digital products. Working closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, delivery teams, and external partners, you will ensure that our digital solutions enable a resilient, efficient, and scalable supply chain while delivering measurable business value.
