Job Description

THE IMPACT OF THIS ROLE Responsible for leading of all aspects of the Food and Beverage outlets and functions, in accordance with hotel standard operating procedures. Generate F&B Revenue, strategies leading LQA & Brand Standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards, corporate strategy, and exceptional guest experiences across all outlets.
• Drive financial performance through strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimization, cost control, and productivity management.
• Champion service excellence by maintaining high standards of food quality, beverage offerings, guest satisfaction, and service recovery.
• Collaborate with the Executive Committee and cross-functional teams to develop business, marketing, and revenue-generating initiatives that enhance the hotel's market position.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to continuously innovate and improve the F&B offering.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, licensing requirements, and operational standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing F&B management team through effective recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, innovation, and guest-centricity while promoting the organization's values and culture.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Director of Food and Beverage or equivalent leadership role in a hotel environment.
• Experience in luxury hotels and leading multicultural environments.
