What will you be doing?

As Group Communication Manager, you are responsible for steering all internal and external communications across the group. You ensure consistent messaging, strong stakeholder alignment and a clear positioning in all countries where Plukon operates. In addition, you will focus on the following areas:

• Developing and safeguarding the group-wide communication strategy and brand identity. Also, you are, ensuring consistent positioning and execution across all countries;
• Leading PR and public affairs activities and managing media relations, ensuring strong visibility and a coherent external narrative;
• Developing and executing crisis communication frameworks and acting as spokesperson, ensuring timely and consistent communication during critical situations;
• Aligning with the board, management teams and external partners, acting as the central point of contact for all communication-related topics;
• You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and enjoy translating plans into concrete actions and results;
• Leading the group communication team and coordinating local communication professionals, ensuring clear guidelines and compliance with communication policies.

Who are you?

• Bachelor or Master degree in Communication, Corporate Communications, Public Affairs or similar;
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in a senior communication role within an international organization;
• Proven experience in strategic communication, PR, crisis communication and stakeholder management.
