We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a Cloud Security Analyst. As an essential part of our Security Transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting the secure adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of Azure cloud environments. We are looking for a professional with strong expertise in cloud security, risk assessment, compliance, and secure cloud architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, Infrastructure, or related technical roles
- Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, cloud computing concepts, and Azure security capabilities
- Understanding of cloud security principles, risk assessment methodologies, and security control validation
- Knowledge of cloud governance, compliance, and security frameworks
- Familiarity with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) solutions
- Basic understanding of CI/CD processes and cloud security best practices
- Experience collaborating with infrastructure, engineering, and DevOps teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English (C1 or above), with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Support business and technology projects by providing cloud security expertise throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct security assessments and architecture reviews to validate security requirements and identify risks
- Perform cloud compliance assessments and gap analyses against organizational standards and policies
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of secure Azure cloud architectures
- Define, maintain, and promote Azure security baselines, hardening standards, and security best practices
- Assess cloud services and workloads to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
- Support the implementation of security controls across Azure environments and CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct risk assessments and provide actionable remediation recommendations
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Development, and DevOps teams to embed security into cloud solutions
- Monitor cloud security posture and support remediation activities identified through CSPM findings
- Configure and maintain Azure Policies to enforce governance and security controls
- Support the adoption and enforcement of cloud governance standards across the organization
- Stay current with emerging cloud security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends

Additional Information
Location: Lisbon (hybrid)
Travel: Flexibility to travel within Europe as required for project activities and stakeholder engagements. It's mandatory 3 days on Alfragide office.
