Digital Artist

ArtWorkout is a mobile app that makes learning to draw simple, relaxing, and fun.

We are a fast-growing international team behind one of the leading drawing apps in its category. Our content has gained significant visibility across TikTok and YouTube, generating more than 1 billion views across hundreds of social media channels in different countries.

We are currently looking for a creative Digital Artist with drawing skills to create engaging drawing videos for our Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube channels.

This position combines drawing, content creation, video editing, and social media.

What You'll Do

• Create 1–2 drawing videos per day using the ArtWorkout app
• Draw different subjects, including cute animals, cartoon characters, anime-inspired illustrations, and other engaging visual content
• Follow clear content guidelines and references provided by our team
• Edit short-form videos for social media
• Publish content on Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube
• Follow current social media trends and experiment with engaging content formats
• Work remotely and independently while staying in contact with our international team

Requirements

• Drawing skills are required
• Experience with digital drawing or illustration is an advantage
• Good understanding of Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube
• Understanding of social media trends and engaging short-form content
• Basic video editing skills
• Ability to use AI tools and work comfortably with GPT-based tools
• Ability to create video content in English
• Ability to work independently and consistently
• Availability to create at least 1 video per day
• An iPad and Apple Pencil are required — Android devices are not currently supported

Compensation

Compensation is performance-based and calculated according to monthly views across the three platforms:

• Pinterest: $0.50 per 1,000 views
• TikTok: $0.20 per 1,000 views
• YouTube: $0.10 per 1,000 views

Performance across all three platforms is considered together, and CPM-based compensation is calculated based on total monthly views.

Guaranteed Minimum During the First 2 Months

• 30 videos per month → $300
• 45 videos per month → $450
• 60 videos per month → $600

You will always receive whichever amount is higher: the applicable guaranteed minimum or your CPM-based compensation.

Pay: 1.925,00kr. - 9.600,00kr. per month

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week

Work Location: Remote
