Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Relevant experience in Asset Management, processing of incoming and outgoing assets;
- Experience with Asset Management tools, for recording and processing of assets;
- Experience with ITSM ticketing system for monitoring and processing of incoming service requests.
Duties/role:
- Processing IT asset deliveries, storage, and shipments;
- Administering and maintaining IT assets in the central database;
- Providing IT assets to local customers in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
