Front of House Team Member — SALVO

We're looking for a new Front of House team member to join SALVO Bakehouse. Someone who loves being around people, and takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for every customer who walks through the door. This role is at the heart of our daily operations. You'll often be the first person our guests interact with, setting the tone for their experience while helping the shop stay organized, efficient, and enjoyable throughout the day.

What the role looks like

A typical day may include:

• Greeting customers and taking orders at the counter
• Answering questions about our products
• Managing queues and busy service moments
• Serving food and drinks
• Keeping the display, seating area, and counter looking their best
• Restocking products and supplies
• Working closely with the bakery and coffee teams
• Helping wherever needed to keep service running smoothly

No two days are exactly the same, and we're looking for someone who enjoys that.

• when a customer needs help, or when the team could use an extra pair of hands.

Hospitality experience is appreciated, but attitude, energy and reliability matter even more.

Schedule

We're looking for someone who can become a stable presence within the team.

• 4 to 5 working days per week
• Strong availability during weekdays
• Availability on weekends is required
