About MHG Global
MHG Global is not a traditional hotel management company. We are building a global hospitality infrastructure platform — bringing technology, distribution, revenue management, capital, talent development and branding together in one integrated ecosystem for independent hotel owners and operators.
Most hotels in the world are independent — owning one, three, five, ten properties. They have strong local identity and real guest relationships, but often lack the technology, talent, capital and global networks to compete internationally. MHG Global exists to close that gap.
Alongside the platform, we are building MHG Academy, an institute dedicated to educating and mentoring the next generation of hospitality leaders.
We are not just building a company. We are building an institution.
The Role
As an Ambassador, you'll represent MHG in your city and work on real business assignments — not busywork. You'll help identify independent hotels for MHG's network, connect with hotel owners and General Managers, build partnerships with universities and tourism businesses, and grow a local hospitality community.
Top performers move fast: from Ambassador to Core Ambassador, to City Captain or Young Fellow, into international rotations, and eventually toward roles like Country Manager, Head of Growth & Partnerships, or Hotel Development. Progression is performance-based — the better you perform, the further you go.
What You'll Do
- Identify independent hotels and owners who may want to join MHG's network
- Build relationships with hotel owners, GMs, universities, and travel businesses
- Grow a local community of students, young professionals, and hotel owners
- Take on real market-development assignments across your region
Who We're Looking For
Students of hospitality, tourism, business, marketing, or related fields — as well as young entrepreneurs and next-generation hotel owners. You don't have to be perfect, but you need to be curious, ambitious, proactive, and hungry to take responsibility.
This is not for everyone. Skip it if you want a passive internship, a fixed routine, or a guaranteed promotion path. Apply if you want ownership, real responsibility, and an international career from day one.
Compensation & Support
Ambassadors receive a monthly stipend based on city, role, and performance. High performers moving into Core Ambassador, Captain, or international rotation roles receive higher compensation, with travel, accommodation, and meal support provided for approved international assignments.
Locations
The founding cohort launches in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Bangkok, and Bali — then expands across ASEAN, Asia, and Europe.
