Role purpose
The Campaign Intern supports the Activation team in bringing multi-brand campaigns to life. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role for someone who wants real experience across campaign execution, not just observation or a single channel.
Social media and content repurposing is a core part of the role: taking existing campaign assets, such as blog posts, webinars, white papers, and email content, and adapting them into social-first formats and copy. But it sits alongside broader campaign support, including help with landing pages, email, briefs, and coordination, and exposure to how campaigns are adapted for different markets and languages. You will work closely with the Activation Lead and the wider Campaign Specialist team, building a rounded view of how a multi-brand campaign is actually delivered, from first draft to local market.
Key responsibilities
Campaign execution support
-
Assist with the coordination of campaign touch points across multiple brands, keeping trackers, briefs, and timelines up to date.
-
Support the Activation team with light copywriting tasks across formats, such as email subject lines, landing page snippets, or ad copy variations, not only social.
-
Help gather and organise campaign assets from Brand and Market Teams, flagging gaps or missing materials.
-
Take notes and follow up on actions from campaign check-ins and planning calls. Social media and content repurposing
-
Repurpose existing campaign content (articles, webinars, whitepapers, decks) into social media posts, carousels, and short-form copy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
-
Write original social copy, not only adapt existing text, matching tone of voice for each brand.
-
Adapt visuals for social formats using existing templates and brand assets (Canva, PowerPoint, or similar), without needing to be a trained designer.
-
Support scheduling and publishing of social content, working within existing content calendars. Localisation and market adaptation
-
Support the review of localised campaign content (social, email, landing pages) against the source version, flagging anything that reads as a literal translation rather than something the local brand would genuinely say.
-
Help track which campaign assets have been localised for which markets and chase outstanding versions with regional teams.
-
Assist with light formatting and QA of localised documents (headings, links, tone consistency) once translation or trans creation is complete.
-
Build awareness of how the same campaign idea flexes across brands, languages, and markets, and start to notice what genuine localisation looks like versus a direct translation. Learning and development
-
Shadow Campaign Specialists and Sr Campaign Specialists to understand how campaigns are built end to end.
-
Build a working understanding of team.blue's brand portfolio and how messaging is adapted across markets.
-
Take on increasing ownership of small, well-scoped deliverables as confidence grows.
-
Bring fresh eyes and questions. Interns are expected to notice things and ask why, not only execute. What this role requires
This role is a good fit for someone who is:
-
A strong writer in English. Comfortable adapting tone and length for different formats and platforms, from social captions to email and landing page copy.
-
Comfortable with social media as a channel, not just a personal habit. You understand what makes a post work, beyond posting for yourself.
-
Interested in how campaigns work across different markets and languages, and curious about the difference between a translation and a genuinely local version.
-
Organised and reliable. You can manage a handful of small tasks at once without things slipping.
-
Curious and proactive. You ask questions, suggest ideas, and want to understand the why behind a brief, not just the what.
-
Comfortable with basic design tools (Canva, PowerPoint, or similar). Success in this role means
-
Campaign support tasks (trackers, briefs, follow-ups) are handled reliably, with nothing falling through the cracks.
-
Social content is repurposed accurately, on brand, and on time.
-
Copy produced across formats is genuinely usable with light or no editing, and gets stronger over the course of the internship.
-
Localised content is checked with a genuine eye for local tone, not just accuracy, and gaps in market coverage are caught early.
-
By the end of the internship, you have a clear, tangible view of how a multi-brand, multi-market marketing campaign comes together, and a portfolio of real work to show for it. **“**At team.blue, our commitment to caring for the environment and each other is at the heart of everything we do.
