Buyer to Lindex

Do you have strong interest and knowledge in fashion and beauty and previous experience within buying? Do you want to be part of a company which higher purpose is to empower and inspire women everywhere? We are looking for a Buyer to our beauty team.

Your role

As a Buyer, you will be part of our Brand & Product department, joining a passionate team responsible for creating a commercially successful and inspiring Beauty assortment.

You are responsible for driving profitable growth within your categories by developing a competitive assortment and delivering on agreed business KPIs. Together with your Manager and the Beauty team, you contribute to the strategic development of our Beauty, Hair and Health categories, ensuring a relevant customer offer that supports our long-term ambitions.

A key part of your role is to grow our portfolio of existing and new external beauty brands. By building strong supplier partnerships, leading commercial negotiations and using market insights, you continuously identify opportunities to strengthen both our customer offer and business.

In this role, you will:

• Drive category performance by delivering on sales, profitability and other agreed business KPIs.
• Build long-term supplier partnerships through commercial negotiations and ongoing collaboration around assortment, pricing, campaigns and business development.
• Plan and execute commercial campaigns together with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Analyse sales performance, identify business opportunities and translate insights into commercial actions.
• Develop category strategies, seasonal assortments and forecasts based on customer insights, trends and commercial performance.
• Lead and prioritize the day-to-day work of your cross-functional team, providing clear direction, coaching and support to ensure an efficient workflow.

This is a temporary position for approx. 9 months, with preferable start date in September but according to agreement.

• University diploma in textiles, business or equivalent
• Several years´experience as a Buyer or in similar commercial role within a fashion or beauty retail
• Knowledge of production processes and markets
• Fluent in Swdish and English, both written and spoken
