Your Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries
- Process payments and night audit procedures
- Monitor hotel security systems and handle incidents professionally
- Prepare nightly reports and handovers for management
- Support administrative tasks and maintain a tidy reception area
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational procedures
About You
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Service-minded, outgoing, and proactive
- Able to work independently and make sound decisions
- Team player who enjoys collaborating across departments
- Experience with Opera PMS is an advantage
- Knowledge of MARSHA and a valid driver's license are a plus
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
We offer a seasonal part-time position of 26 hours per week ending 31 October 2026, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience in an international hotel environment.
