Data Verification Specialist with English

Work Model: Hybrid (2-3 days per week at the office/ 10 days from the office per month)

About the Role

As a Data Verification Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business data across internal systems. You will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and maintaining data records, resolving data discrepancies, and supporting business stakeholders with data-related inquiries. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify, validate, and maintain data accuracy across business systems.
• Review and process data change requests according to defined procedures.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and ownership issues.
• Perform data cleansing, updates, and quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and obtain approvals.
• Support users with data-related queries and process guidance.
• Contribute to process improvements and participate in special projects.

Requirements

• BSc. Degree is a must
• Fluent English (min B2/C1 written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Sheets.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn new processes and tools.
