Responsibilities
Application Support
Provide technical support for pension systems and maintain a strong understanding of the application environment
Technical Troubleshooting
Understand system architecture and technical dependencies well enough to identify required actions and effectively discuss issues with technical teams
Deployment Support
Manage and support application deployments, releases, changes, and patches across test and production environments
Technical Guidance
Guide Site Services teams on required technical tasks and collaborate effectively using appropriate technical terminology
IT Service Processes
Follow corporate IT procedures for Change Management and Incident Management and support activities through ServiceNow
Requirements
Windows Server
Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, configuration, and maintenance in enterprise environments
MS SQL Server
Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including database management, configuration, and troubleshooting
Technical Documentation
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation such as Runbooks, Disaster Recovery Plans, and SOPs
Deployment Management
Solid understanding of deployment processes, including release management and implementing changes or patches in test and production environments
IT Service Management
Familiarity with corporate IT procedures, particularly Change Management and Incident Management, with ServiceNow experience preferred
