In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering HR technology projects across the EMEA region while helping shape and execute the HRIS roadmap. Working closely with HR leaders, IT teams, and external partners, you will ensure our HR systems continue to support business needs and drive operational excellence.

This is a senior individual contributor role with a strong focus on project management, stakeholder engagement, and HR technology transformation. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading complex initiatives, working across functions, and driving change in a global environment.

You are a hands-on project manager with strong HR systems experience and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. You enjoy taking ownership, can work independently, and are comfortable balancing strategic projects with operational priorities.

You also have:

  • A university degree.
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS/HRIT systems and processes.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale system or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to demonstrate successful project ownership and delivery.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across HR, IT, business teams, and external partners.
  • Experience working in a large multinational or enterprise environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in English. Dutch would be an advantage.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Oracle HCM.
  • Experience with Cornerstone.
  • Oracle HCM and/or Cornerstone certifications. Experience with HR system implementations, enhancements, or integrations.

Job Family: HR General

Grade: 13

  • Lead and deliver HRIS projects from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Coordinate and maintain the EMEA HRIS project portfolio and roadmap.
  • Partner with HR management, HR process owners, IT teams, and external vendors to gather and translate business requirements into digital solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards
  • Drive improvements and optimization across the HR technology landscape, including initiatives involving Cornerstone, Oracle HCM, and other HR systems.
  • Support governance, compliance, documentation, and reporting activities related to HR technology projects.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, IT, and the wider business community.
  • Stay informed on HR technology trends, vendor roadmaps, and industry best practices.
