Intern Customer Success ERP Solutions (f/m/d)

Internship Full time - 6 months

Join us to help shape reliable and future-oriented ERP solutions in an international environment. You will work closely with experienced professionals, contribute your ideas, and support projects that improve business processes across the organization.

What you will do:

• Support the planning and coordination of ERP projects across Finance, Procurement, Governance, and Operations

• Help manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource planning

• Prepare project status updates, support RAID management, and contribute to steering committee materials

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and structure requirements with clear acceptance criteria

• Coordinate testing activities and support smooth project delivery together with internal teams and external partners

• Contribute to change management, user training, communication, and adoption of new ERP solutions What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

• Interest in working with technology, people, digitalisation, and project environments

• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working with strong attention to detail

• Analytical thinking skills and an interest in improving business processes

• Team-oriented mindset with a reliable and customer-focused approach

• Ideally, first exposure to ERP systems, IT governance, or project management methodologies
