Reblade is a Danish tech startup founded in 2020, developing automated wind turbine blade repairs. We design and build drone-based and robotic systems that utilize computer vision, sensors, and cloud software to deliver accurate and efficient operations and reporting workflows for some of the world’s largest wind energy operators.
Our team consists of highly skilled engineers within robotics, mechanical engineering, control systems, embedded systems, computer vision, and software development. We have several PhDs, post-docs and a professor on the team. The majority of our employees have relocated from all over the world to Denmark, creating a strong international culture of autonomy, technical excellence, and collaborative innovation.

Role's Purpose
To manage collaborative R&D and innovation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful execution, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and compliance with grant requirements. The role will also support proposal preparation and the establishment of new collaborative projects with industrial and research partners.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical or R&D projects.
- Project Management certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, IPMA Level C/B, or equivalent.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects involving engineering teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating international collaborations with industry partners, universities, research institutes, customers, and suppliers.
- Experience planning, tracking, and reporting project progress, budgets, risks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate activities across multiple organizations and cultures.
- Experience facilitating project meetings, preparing management reports, and following up on actions and deliverables.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing EU-funded or publicly funded innovation projects (e.g. Horizon Europe, EIC, Eurostars, Eureka, national funding programms, Innovate UK, etc.).
- Experience supporting grant proposal preparation, consortium building, and project planning.
- Experience in robotics, UAVs, renewable energy, automation, deep-tech, or other technology development environments.
- Understanding of New Product Development (NPD/NPI) processes and Stage-Gate methodologies.
- Technical or engineering background is considered an advantage.
