In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling a global Rider Safety business, driving commercial growth, shaping the product portfolio, developing strategic partnerships and turning innovative safety solutions into a successful global business. You will lead the journey from early market traction to a validated and scalable business with global impact.

You will:

• Lead and grow Autoliv's global Rider Safety business
• Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy
• Develop strategic partnerships with OEMs, safety technology companies, apparel brands, distributors, retailers and other key ecosystem partners
• Build a strong international customer pipeline and accelerate commercial growth
• Shape the future Rider Safety portfolio, from rider-worn protection to motorcycle-mounted safety systems and connected safety solutions
• Lead a global cross-functional team and create a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture
• Drive business validation, profitability, and readiness for global scale
