This Position reports to:

IS Manager Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will help shape and continuously improve ABB’s live SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment while helping drive business transformation, process improvement, and adoption of digital capabilities across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management and Sales processes.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #hybrid

Preferred location: India or Europe

This role is contributing to the Installation Products Division of the Electrification business area. Main stakeholders are Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, and the central SAP platform team.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting and improving end-to-end business processes across supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and customer fulfilment.
• Identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and enhance business operations through SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver process improvements, system enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
• Evaluating and implementing new SAP functionality, digital solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities that contribute to business and operational performance.

Qualifications for the role

• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, including Public Cloud, Private Cloud, or a combination of both.
• Experience with one or more business process areas such as supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, inventory management, or sales operations.
• Experience participating in SAP implementation, transformation, optimization, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Experience supporting process improvement, automation, digital transformation, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Interest in emerging technologies, including AI, and how they can support business processes and operational effectiveness.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work successfully in a global and multicultural environment.
